LeadTheWayOut.com is a website operated within the State of Michigan that allows viewers to build relationships and read inspirational and motivating articles as it relates to the LGBT community within a mature and professional setting. The services offered by LeadTheWayOut include the website and any other content or features offered by LeadTheWayOut in connection with the website.

This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of LeadTheWayOut.com. By using LeadTheWayOut services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read carefully. If you do not agree, you are instructed to leave LeadTheWayOut.com.

You acknowledge that there are no fees to use this site. However, LeadTheWayOut reserves the right to charge fees from time to time in its discretion. LeadTheWayOut.com services are for the personal use of professional/entrepreneur lesbians and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically approved by LeadTheWayOut. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of LeadTheWayOut.com services, including collecting names, usernames, and or/ email addresses by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail or unauthorized framing of or linking to the website is prohibited.

Content Rights
LeadTheWayOut does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials that you post or submit to the LeadTheWayOut.com services. After posting or submitting content, you continue to have the right to use your content in any way you choose. By displaying or posting any content on or through the LeadTheWayOut.com services, you hereby grant LeadTheWayOut.com a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely on and through the LeadTheWayOut.com services.

If at any time LeadTheWayOut chooses to monitor the services offered, LeadTheWayOut assumes no responsibility for the content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate content, and no responsibility for the conduct or the submitted/posted material.

You are solely responsible for the content that you post or submit on or through any of the LeadTheWayOut.com services, and any material or information that you transmit to other users and for your interactions with other users. Prohibited content includes: content that is offensive, promotes racism, discrimination based on sexual orientation, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person; exploits people in a sexual or violent manner; contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website; solicits personal information or pictures from anyone under the age of 18; promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities that is abusive, threatening, obscene, or defamatory; promotes any criminal activity; promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work.

When you access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. LeadTheWayOut.com takes no responsibility for third party advertisements which are posted on this LeadTheWayOut.com website or through the LeadTheWayOut.com services, nor does it take any responsibility for the goods or services provided by its advertisers. Leaders & Real Love Features
Information and pictures/images submitted will only be used for the purpose of this website. Posted content can be removed or edited at the request of the submitter via e-mail within 72 hrs or at the sole discretion of LeadTheWayOut. The submitting party guarantees content is not false or misleading.

Got Skills? Features
Submitting party represents and warrants that material is original and copyrighted. LeadTheWayOut is not responsible for misrepresentation. False/misrepresenting material will be removed upon discovery, including material that violates the Terms & Conditions. Permission from copyright owner must be granted for the use of copyright material. LeadTheWayOut does not endorse material posted.

Disclosure
All photos that appear on this site are copyrighted by their respective owners. LeadTheWayOut.com claims no credit for the images unless otherwise noted. If you own rights to the images and wish for them to not appear on this site, please contact us and the images will be promptly removed once copyright information has been reviewed.
