Do you often find yourself in a slump when there are things you're pushing yourself to do or to complete? After working on it for so long, you fall into a whole and you desperately look for a way out. You turn around, desperately looking for that miracle to save you from drowning, but no one is around. If this happens to you, do you look for a helping a hand to assist you or do you find the motivation within yourself to accomplish the task at hand? This actually happens to me a lot more than I'd like it to.
Suffering is a result of clinging or resisting. It is a sign of unwillingness to move on, to flow with life. ~ Deepak Chopra And people wonder why they have not met the "right" woman (or man), or why they have not found the "right" job. It is because you continue to hold on to something that is causing your suffering. You're scared to let go and move on in the direction that life naturally takes you. You ever find yourself asking your significant other, in your mind of course, "why can't you act right?". Or asking your employer, in your mind of course, "why can't they act like they have some sense and let me do my job?". The problem lies within yourself. You're directing these questions to the wrong party.

I'm sure you all have experienced being overwhelmed to the point where you had to take a step back in order to take multiple steps forward. This is exactly what happened to me.
